Marmo di Venezia is a traditional Venetian polished plaster, formulated with slaked lime and marble powders to create mirror-like surfaces rich in depth and reflection.

Application
Primer: Smartcoat Extrafine by roller (diluted max 10%) – 1 coat
Basecoat: Rasato Fine by trowel in the same colour as Marmo di Venezia – 1 coat
1st coat: Apply Marmo di Venezia by stainless steel trowel in crossed trowel strokes to achieve a smooth, homogeneous layer
2nd coat: Apply in a thin layer with crossed trowel strokes, let the surface dry a little (10-15’), then polish the surface with the side of the blade to achieve a glossy finish. For a less glossy finish, polish lightly making sure to achieve a perfectly smooth finish.
Protection: protect the surface with Marmo di Venezia Sapone or Cera per Stucco di Venezia applied by trowel or wool cloth and then polished.
